So following on in chapter 1, I want to describe the screens, which are made from Bamboo canes with white tissue paper layered and pasted around the canes, making a fantastic screen which separates the kitchen area from the dining area. I must say that I cannot remember a more interesting place to eat than this.. With the shop next door that serves as an inspirational hub- It is a most beautiful destination.
